CAG's survey of 2000 respondents regarding their use of digital finance services led us to develop a series of resources, and public facing services such as consumer guidance clinics. The report also culminated in a Charter of Demands detailing 13 asks which was submitted to the Reserve Bank of India, regulator of online financial services.
