Consumer Awareness Program on Telecom Services

CAG, in association with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), is collaborating with Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College Pattaraiperumpudhur to organise a ‘Consumer Awareness Programme on Telecom Services’ on August 30, 2024 at 12 noon at Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College Pattaraiperumpudhur, Thiruvallur. The programme will educate consumers on TRAI's consumer-friendly regulations and the support available for consumers in grievance redressal. Representatives from Airtel, Jio, BSNL and Vodafone Idea Limited will be present at the event.
