Consumer Awareness Program on Telecom Services

CAG, in association with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), is collaborating with SINAM NGO, Tiruvannamalai to organise a ‘Consumer Awareness Programme on Telecom Services’ on December 24, 2024 at 11 AM at Danalakshmi Marriae Hall, Vanapuram, Thandarampattu, Tiruvannamalai. The programme will educate consumers on TRAI's consumer-friendly regulations and the support available for consumers in grievance redressal. Representatives from Airtel, Jio, BSNL and Vodafone Idea Limited will be present at the event.
