Consumer Awareness Program on Telecom Services

Citizen consumer and civic Action Group (CAG), in partnership with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) is organising a seminar on “Consumer Awareness on Telecom Services” on Thursday, January 29, 2026, between 2 PM and 3 PM at K.E.T Polytechnic College, Soolamalai, Krishnagiri. The session will focus on TRAI’s consumer-friendly regulations, cyber safety, and grievance redressal mechanisms. Representatives from telecom service providers will take part and engage with consumers. All interested consumers are welcome to attend and empower themselves with useful insights.
