Consumer awareness programme on telecom services

CAG, in association with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India(TRAI), is collaborating with Consumer Confederation of India, Panruti to organise a ‘Consumer Awareness Programme on Telecom Services’ on February 02, 2024 at Perumathur Village Community Hall, Neyveli T.S. .The programme will educate consumers on TRAI's consumer-friendly regulations and the support available for consumers in grievance redressal. Representatives from Airtel, Jio, BSNL and Vodafone Idea Limited will be present at the event.
