Consumer Awareness Programme on Telecom Services

CAG, in association with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), is  organising a ‘Consumer Awareness Programme on Telecom Services’ on February 27, 2025 at 11 AM at Government Arts and Science College, Thiruvennainallur, Villupuram. The programme will educate consumers on TRAI's consumer-friendly regulations and the support available for consumers in grievance redressal. Representatives from Airtel, Jio, BSNL and Vodafone Idea Limited will be present at the event.
