Consumer Awareness Programme on Telecom Services

Citizen consumer and civic Action Group (CAG) in association with Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) is organising a Consumer Awareness Programme on Telecom Services: Tariff and Billing in Telecom and Broadcasting on 06.08.2026 between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM at Idhaya Engineering College for Women, Chinnasalem, Kallakurichi District, Tamil Nadu. The session will focus on TRAI’s consumer-friendly regulations, cyber safety, and grievance redressal mechanisms. Representatives from telecom service providers will take part and engage with consumers. All interested consumers are welcome to attend and empower themselves with useful insights.
