Consumer Experience of Residential Rooftop Solar in Chennai

CAG and World Resources Institute (WRI) India (http://wri-india.org/) are holding a half-day consultation workshop on Consumer Experience of Residential Rooftop Solar in Chennai, which will be held on 19th January 2018 in Savera Hotel.

WRI India has been working on a research study covering 1,800 residential electricity consumers across five cities- Chennai, Chandigarh, Bangalore, Jaipur, and Nagpur on their experience with installing or considering rooftop solar PV. WRI India has partnered with CAG for the Chennai study. The objective of the study is to understand the consumer experience with rooftop solar--specifically, pain-points for consumers who have installed/ wish to install rooftop solar. At the workshop, findings from Chennai and other cities will be shared.
