The Power of Right to Information - Enhancing Transparency in Every Transaction

The session titled "Power of Right to Information (RTI) – Enhancing Transparency in Everyday Transactions" by the Citizen Consumer and Civic Action Group (CAG) focuses on the significance of Right To Information, which is one of the six rights under the consumer protection act . Further, a brief on Right to Information Act, 2005 was also provided. The session emphasised the need for transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making to promote fair consumer practices.
