Safe School Zones - Report launch event

Citizen consumer and civic Action Group (CAG) recently undertook a study to understand what prevents the use of sustainable transportation for school journeys. What we found indicates that poorly designed school roads increase reliance on motorized transport, causing congestion during peak school hours, higher air pollution, and unsafe environments - thus beginning a vicious cycle. The report will be released on Tuesday, August 19th at the event.
