Coal Block Allocation - Scuttling the voices of people and the environment
On June 18, the Prime Minister launched the auction of 41 coal blocks for commercial mining with no end-use or pricing restriction, giving a free hand to private players from India and abroad to come and plunder natural resources for the economic benefit of a few corporates.
