National Consumer Rights Day

The National Consumer Helpline (NCH) is an initiative of the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, set up as an alternative redressal mechanism that consumers can access easily. The Helpline reports several success stories of grievance redressal. Here is one to help you shop with confidence over this festive season:
