High consumption of processed foods during pregnancy is associated with reduced intake of essential nutrients, resulting in negative health consequences during pregnancy, lactation, and infancy. A diet rich in processed foods can adversely affect your baby's cognitive development even. Eat fresh. Keep processed foods to a minimum. Always read the label to know what you (and your baby) are consuming. #WorldHealthDay #HopefulFutures #HealthForAll
