Consumer awareness programme on telecom services

CAG, in association with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), is collaborating with the Citizen Consumer Club of CTTE College, to organise a ‘Consumer Awareness Programme on Telecom Services’. The programme will educate consumers on TRAI's consumer-friendly regulations and the support available for consumers in grievance redressal. Representatives from Airtel, BSNL, Jio and Vodafone will be present at the event. The event is open to all. More details on the post.
