Consumer awareness programme on telecom services

CAG, in association with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India(TRAI), is collaborating with the Citizen Consumer Club of S.I.V.E.T College, to organise a ‘Consumer Awareness Programme on Telecom Services’. The programme will educate consumers on #TRAI's consumer-friendly regulations and the support available for consumers in grievance redressal. Representatives from #Airtel, #Jio and #Vodafone will be present at the event. The event is open to all.
