Consumer awareness programme on telecom services

CAG, in association with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), is collaborating with National level Educational & Social services Trust (NEST) to organise a ‘Consumer Awareness Programme on Telecom Services’. The programme will educate consumers on TRAI's consumer-friendly regulations and the support available for consumers in grievance redressal. Representatives from Airtel, Jio and Vodafone will be present at the event. The event is open to all.
