Consumer awareness programme on telecom services

CAG, in association with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India(TRAI), is collaborating with SIRPI NGO, Karapattu, Krishnagiri district to organise a ‘Consumer Awareness Programme on Telecom Services’ on August 9, 2023. The programme will educate consumers on TRAI's consumer-friendly regulations and the support available for consumers in grievance redressal. Representatives from airtel, Jio and Vodafone Idea Limited will be present at the event.
