Consumer awareness programme on telecom services

CAG, in association with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India(TRAI), is collaborating with Makkal Kalvi Arakattalai, Villupuram district to organise a ‘Consumer Awareness Programme on Telecom Services’ on August 23, 2023 at E.S. Arts and Science College, Villupuram. The programme will educate consumers on TRAI's consumer-friendly regulations and the support available for consumers in grievance redressal. Representatives from Airtel, Jio, BSNL and Vodafone Idea Limited will be present at the event.
