CAG, in association with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India(TRAI), is collaborating with Annai Trust, Ulunthurpet, Kallakurichi district to organise a ‘Consumer Awareness Programme on Telecom Services’ on August 26, 2023 at Annai Vocational Training Centre, Ulunthurpet. The programme will educate consumers on TRAI's consumer-friendly regulations and the support available for consumers in grievance redressal. Representatives from Airtel, Jio, BSNL and Vodafone Idea Limited will be present at the event.
