This documentary builds up on the earlier documentary on EIA Process. It seeks to demystify and educate local communities on specific aspects such as definition of EIA and process, siting conditions for setting up industries, public consultation rules and regulations as dictate by National Green Tribunal, compensation, employment as promised by industries in the EIA documents for the local population, monitoring and compliance measures to be undertaken, recourse to justice and strengthening the EIA process.
