Climate Literacy Conference 2024 saw the release of FOCUS for beginners, a climate literacy curriculum for primary aged children by Education Minister Thiru. Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi who also emphasized the importance of climate literacy among students.

The World Day of Remembrance is dedicated to honouring the millions who have lost their lives or been injured on the world’s roads, along with their loved ones and all those affected. To mark this day, CAG organised road safety awareness events at colleges across 11 districts, aiming to raise awareness among students.

A commemoration of the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims was held in Tirunelvelli and Thiruvarur. The aim was to sensitise young drivers about the consequences of not keeping road rules.

CAG in collaboration with Consumer Rights Movement, Salem conducted a regional media workshop in Salem on 25.09.2022. Witnessing the participation of over 30 media personnel, the workshop discussed the need to implement MVAA 2019, strengthen road safety enforcement, and the role of media in road crash investigations.
