The factory's energy costs represent approximately 60% of its made tea production cost. The audit identifies 12 conservation proposals, including 5 Cost Conservation Proposals (CCPs) and 7 Energy Conservation Proposals (ECPs). The implementation of these measures is projected to yield an overall cost reduction of 4%, translating to annual savings of ₹14.2 lakhs.
