Procedure to file complaints - Cooking Gas

Apart from accessing the complaint portal of your LPG company, keep these numbers handy for quick reference. Also remember that the first step to safety when you smell LPG gas is to turn off the cylinder regulator, put out any fires (even agarbathis), open all doors and windows, don't turn on any electrical switches, and then turn off electricity at the mains. You can now call the emergency number for more help. Know your rights. Know your responsibilities.
