Citizen consumer and civic Action Group (CAG), in collaboration with the Consumer Protection Association (CPA), Agartala organised a media workshop to discuss the electricity issues in Tripura, as part of the project "Accelerating Clean Energy Transition by Improving Stakeholder Participation for Electricity Governance in India". The event was held on 28 November 2024 at Agartala Press Club, Tripura.
Citizen consumer and civic Action Group (CAG) in association with the Consumer Rights Movement is working on a project “Accelerating Clean Energy Transition By Improving Stakeholder Participation For Electricity Governance In India” in Chattisgarh. Under this project, CAG conducted local electricity forum meetings.
Citizen consumer and civic Action Group (CAG), Chennai, in collaboration with the Anmol Foundation, Raipur organized a capacity building workshop for domestic, commercial, small and medium enterprises’ electricity consumers on 16 November 2024, at Hotel Swarn, Mahasamund district, Chhattisgarh. This workshop is part of the initiative to improve consumers awarness of state electricity tariff, electricity conservation measures and government schemes.
Citizen consumer and civic Action Group (CAG), Chennai, in association with the People's Monitoring Group on Electricity Regulation (PMGER), organised a seminar titled “Energy transition: COP29 and India Special Focus on Telangana” on December 11, 2024, at the Centre for Economic and Social Studies (CESS), Hyderabad.
Citizen consumer and civic Action Group (CAG), Chennai, in association with Consumer Education and Awareness Trust (CREAT) and the Consumer Law, Advocacy and Research Centre (CLARC) of BMS College of Law, organized the second capacity building workshop on “Stakeholder Engagement in Electricity Governance for Transition to Clean Energy” on 25th October 2024.
