The SIRCA (Strengthening Information Society Research Alliance) Annual Report is here, featuring cross-cutting theoretical frameworks and empirical projects in the area of Open Development - including one of our own! Satyarupa Shekhar and David Sadoway have embarked on a proposal to determine how the participation and collaboration of citizens in assessing urban services can engender a more trustworthy urban governance system. Specifically, CAG has launched the "Road to Open Data" project, which encourages citizen-collected data on the quality of road and pedestrian infrastructure, in order to assess the perceptions of trust among stakeholders.
