To understand TANGEDCO's compliance with the Distribution Standards of Performance Regulation 2004 (DSOP 2004), CAG filed a series of RTI's with select Electricity Distribution Circles. DSOP regulations outline the minimum standards of performance that TANGEDCO should operate within while supplying electricity to its consumers. This is the RTI reply obtained from the Ambattur EDC.
