Consumer Rights - Right to seek redressal

Today, we're looking at the last two rights in our series '#ConsumerRights'. As a #consumer, you have the right to seek redressal for your consumer grievances. Even small grievances should be addressed, as all these add up to creating a safe consumer ecosystem. The final right is as much a #responsibility as it is a right - to stay educated & informed at all times on your rights as a consumer. #BeAware
