#WorldCancerDay A study by Brigham & Women’s Hospital shows worrying increases in the incidence of early onset cancers (such as oesaphagus, kidney, liver and colon). The scientists attribute it to what they call 'early life exposome' or early exposure to a range of risk factors, which includes a preponderance of processed foods in ones diet.

According to a study in the British Medical Journal (2018) a 10% increase in consumption of  ultra processed food goes with a greater than 10% increase in cancer risk. #FoodLabelsSaveLives #KnowWhatYouEat
