We found that in Tiruvannamalai, poor public transportation facilities influence patient accessibility to Primary Health Centres. Many rely on public transport. Inaccessible sites might force patients to use private transportation, for at least part of the journey. Providing free medical treatment and medications while patients incur substantial transportation costs is counterproductive. 

The government can enhance the availability of child helmets by encouraging manufacturers to boost production, ensuring a greater supply for retailers and increase child helmet usage by offering subsidies, making them more affordable.

Developing sustainable cities is a core objective of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Many urban areas are adopting action plans, such as Low Emission Zones (LEZ). LEZs utilize environmental labels to signify a vehicle's emission levels. Vehicles that comply with the established standards are permitted to enter, while those that do not may face penalties. It's crucial for authorities to implement measures that ensure patients identify the correct medications for their specific treatments. Skipping a prescribed drug or taking the wrong one can lead to serious complications.
