CAG, in collaboration with TIDE Bangalore, launched a household energy audit program in Chennai called Minsarathai Semippom to engage citizens and encourage them to conserve energy and look at energy-efficient options. This booklet launched as a part of the programme provides information to save energy through simple measures such as following basic energy efficiency practices and conservation measures.

CAG, in association with ECC Tiruvallur, organised a puppet show on Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy for school children at Sathyasai B.Ed. College Auditorium, Chennai, on 28 June 2019. The puppet show was staged by Kalaiarapperavai Kalaivanan Kuzhu on the topics - importance of energy efficiency, energy conservation, and renewable energy, in Tamil.
