Similar looking medication confuses patients - especially those with low literacy levels. It's crucial for authorities to implement measures that ensure patients identify the correct medications for their specific treatments. Skipping a prescribed drug or taking the wrong one can lead to serious complications.
Children are classified as Vulnerable Road Users and are at higher risk of serious injury during crashes, making helmets essential even for young riders. Helmets are inexpensive compared to the cost of a vehicle and parents should view them as a long-term investment in their children's safety.

Consumer Protection Association (CPA) in partnership with Citizen consumer and civic Action Group (CAG) is implementing a project titled "Accelerating Clean Energy Transition by Improving Stakeholder Participation for Electricity Governance in India" in the state of Tripura. The project was formally launched in Agartala on March 9, 2024. As part of the project, a seminar on ‘Clean Energy Transition and Electricity Governance’ was organized at Town Hall, Dharmanagar, North Tripura District on September 28, 2024.

Local Forum Meeting at Madikeri, Coorg
The 2nd Local Electricity Forum meeting was organised on 17th September 2024 at Salem. The meeting was inaugurated by Ms.Jennis, Managing Trustee, Jennis Educational Trust. She appreciated the Consumer Rights Movement and CAG, Chennai, for organising such a meeting. The participants were domestic, and commercial consumers, representatives from handloom and ornaments labour associations.
A seminar on electricity governance, energy efficiency and renewable energy was conducted at Hotel Cambin in Durg district on 25th September 2024. The seminar was conducted in collaboration with Anmol Foundation, Chhattisgarh. Around 40 participants comprising farmers, students, businessmen, media representatives, academics and residential consumers attended the event. Mr. Harbansh Singh Miri, Joint Collector of Durg and Mr.Uttam Kumar, Deputy Collector were chief guests at the event.
