CAG submitted a charter of 13 demands to the RBI - each demand meant to strengthen consumer security and confidence in digital payments. Kirubakaran is a researcher within the Electricity Governance team. He holds a Master's degree in Energy Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy campus and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University College of Engineering, Kanchipuram. He previously worked for six years as a Teaching Fellow in Anna University and other engineering colleges. He has also completed a six months Advanced Solar Professional Course in the National Institute for Solar Energy, Gurugram.
